Accessories and mounting hardware are the parts that hold an industrial control system together: DIN rail adapters and mounting kits, panel and door hardware, auxiliary contact blocks, keypads and drive control panels, spare displays and replacement boards. They are almost never in the storeroom, and a missing bracket or a burned gate driver board stops a machine just as effectively as a failed drive. MT.parts keeps 450+ accessories and mounting parts in stock from the leading industrial brands, including items the manufacturer has discontinued.
Where these parts are used
- Control panel builds and retrofits, with DIN rail mounting, adapter plates and panel hardware.
- Motor starter assemblies, where an auxiliary contact (1 N.O.) is added to a contactor for interlocks and status feedback.
- Drive repair and refurbishment, using gate driver boards, drive control units and spare boards for ACS600 and ACS800 drives.
- Operator stations, with drive control panels, keypads and spare 10.4 in LCD displays.
- Monitoring and protection circuits, with CM series components and control devices built to IEC 60947-4-1.
- MRO and field service kits, where a maintenance shop stocks the small parts that are never on the shelf when a line goes down.
How to choose a replacement accessory
An accessory is only correct if it physically fits and electrically matches the device it mounts on. Check these before ordering:
- Part number first. Use the catalog number printed on the accessory itself, not only the one on the host device. Search it in our catalog.
- Host device and frame size. A contact block, mounting kit or spare board is tied to a specific contactor frame, drive frame or controller family.
- Mounting method, 35 mm DIN rail, back plate screw mounting, door mounting or flange mounting, plus the depth available behind the panel door.
- Contact configuration and control rating for contact blocks: how many N.O. and N.C. contacts, and the AC-15 or DC-13 rating of the control circuit.
- Auxiliary circuit voltage, typically 24 V DC or 120 to 240 V AC, since the same mechanical part can carry different electrical versions.
- Generation and revision. Boards and control units are generation-specific, for example N generation ACS600 versus ACS800 gate driver boards, and a later revision is not always interchangeable.
If you are unsure which code replaces yours, send us the nameplate data of both the accessory and the host device, and our team identifies the correct part.
New, refurbished and obsolete accessories
We supply three conditions, and the condition is always stated on the product page. New parts are factory-sealed. Refurbished parts are inspected, repaired where needed and functionally tested before shipping, which matters most for boards, control units and display modules. Obsolete and hard-to-find accessories are items the manufacturer has discontinued, and they are often the only way to keep an older panel or drive in service without rebuilding it. Every part we ship carries a 12-month warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Are drive spare boards and control panels listed here or under drives?
Complete drives are listed under variable frequency drives. This category covers what mounts on or inside them: control panels and keypads, gate driver boards, drive control units, spare boards, option cards and mounting kits. If you need the whole unit, start with the drive category; if you are repairing one you already own, start here.
Can I replace a discontinued accessory with a newer version?
Sometimes, but mounting dimensions, connector pinouts and board revisions change between generations, and a newer board may expect newer firmware in the host device. Replacing with the same discontinued catalog number keeps the panel exactly as documented. We stock obsolete accessories for that reason.
Do refurbished boards and accessories come with a warranty?
Yes. New, refurbished and obsolete parts all ship with a 12-month warranty.
How fast can I get a quote?
We reply to quote requests within 24 hours, including part identification when you only have nameplate data or a photo of the part.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide, including to plants outside the United States.
Can't find your part number?
If the accessory you need is not listed, we source it. Send us the manufacturer, part number and quantity, and our team locates the part, including discontinued items. Request a quote.
