MT.parts is an independent supplier of Omron parts: 329 items listed across 11 categories. The weight sits in 108 I/O modules, mostly SYSMAC CJ1W and CS1W, 53 controllers from NX1P2 and CJ2M back to C200H and CQM1, and 50 sensor and instrumentation items, the deepest sensor and encoder block in this catalog. Condition is declared per item. Codes we do not list go to our sourcing desk.

Series and families
Grouped by function. R88D servo drives, MX2 inverters and NS5 panels are in the catalog too.
- SYSMAC NX, NX1P2 and DRT2 (SmartSlice, DeviceNet): current EtherCAT platform and DeviceNet slice I/O, with controller, coupler and each slice as separate codes.
- SYSMAC CJ (CJ1/CJ2) and CJ2M: rackless modular controllers in CJ1W and CJ2M codes, CPU, power supply, I/O units and end cover bought individually.
- SYSMAC CS1, C200H, CQM1 and CPM2A: legacy platforms in CS1W and older codes, out of production and the reason most of this traffic exists.
- SYSMAC CP1, CP1L and CP1E: compact box controllers with onboard I/O plus CP1W expansion blocks.
- Omron 1S, G5, G, W (OMNUC) and U (OMNUC): five servo generations in R88D drives and R88M motors, from current 1S back to the W and U families.
- E3Z, E3Z-G, E3Z-L, E3S-A, E3S-C, E3S-CL, E3S-GS, E3S-RS, E6B2 and E6C2: photoelectric sensors in through-beam, retroreflective and diffuse modes, and incremental rotary encoders.
- MX2 (3G3MX2), NS5, E5CC, E5CN, S8VS, S8VK-G, S8VK-C, S8VK-T, D4NL and D4SL: compact inverters, operator terminals, temperature controllers, DIN rail supplies and guard lock switches.
Condition, testing and warranty
Stock is listed as new, new original surplus, refurbished or used, with the condition on the item page beside the model code. Surplus is unused inventory no longer produced, refurbished was opened, cleaned and functionally tested, used is a working pull with wear described as found.
Units are powered up before shipping: CJ and CS1 CPUs booted on a rack, I/O units checked for bus presence and channel response, R88M motors turned with feedback and brake checked, E3Z and E3S sensors switched on target, E6B2 and E6C2 encoders rotated for pulse count and phase.
Obsolescence drives most of these requests: C200H, CQM1, CPM2A and CS1 are legacy and the W and U servo generations are long out of production, so the alternative is a full migration to NX. Every item carries a 12 month MT Parts warranty against functional failure, issued by MT Parts as an independent supplier: no manufacturer factory warranty applies to surplus, refurbished or used stock.
How to identify the right replacement
- Complete model code: the whole string from the label, CJ1W-ID211, CS1W-, NX-, CP1L-M30DR-A, R88M- or E3Z- plus every character and suffix.
- Rack and station composition: a unit alone will not run. On CS1 and C200H record the backplane and power supply, on CJ the slot count and end cover, on NX the coupler and slice order.
- I/O electrical type: sink or source wiring and NPN or PNP, 24 VDC against 100 to 240 VAC input, relay against transistor or triac output, points per common, screw terminal or connector.
- Program and memory path: C200H, CQM1, CPM2A, CS1 and CJ programs live in CX-Programmer, NX1P2 in Sysmac Studio, and the two do not interchange. Memory cassette and battery are separate parts.
- Sensor, encoder and servo match: on photoelectrics the sensing mode, range, light-on or dark-on and output polarity. On E6B2 and E6C2, pulses per revolution, shaft, supply and output circuit. On R88D and R88M, the same generation, winding voltage, feedback, brake and shaft.
FAQ
How do I check whether you have an Omron model code?
Search the complete code as printed on the unit, for example CJ1W-ID211, CS1W-SCU41, CP1L-M30DR-A, E3Z-D61 or E6B2-CWZ6C. If it is not among the 329 items listed, send it through Request a quote and we answer in 24 hours.
Do you supply discontinued C200H, CQM1, CPM2A and CS1 parts?
Yes, and that is the point of this catalog. Those platforms are out of production, so surplus, refurbished and used units are the only way to keep the existing rack and program instead of migrating to NX.
Can you find an equivalent for a sensor or encoder that is no longer made?
Usually yes, and we quote from the specification rather than the code alone: sensing mode, range, output polarity and housing on an E3Z or E3S, pulses per revolution, shaft, supply and output circuit on an E6B2 or E6C2.
Are the Omron parts new or refurbished?
Declared per unit on the item page: new, new original surplus, refurbished or used. Current families such as NX, CJ2M, S8VK and E3Z arrive more often new or surplus, C200H, CQM1 and CPM2A as surplus or refurbished.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, worldwide. The quote includes freight and the commercial documents customs asks for, with HS classification and country of origin. Items under US export control are screened before shipment.
Send the complete model code with its suffix, the rack or machine it belongs to, and a label photo. We answer in 24 hours with condition, price and shipping. Request a quote for Omron parts, listed or not.
