MT.parts is an independent supplier of Siemens parts: 533 items listed across 12 categories. The weight sits in two places, 145 I/O modules, most of them ET 200 distributed I/O, and 122 variable frequency drives split between current SINAMICS G120 and the discontinued MICROMASTER line. Condition is declared per item. Numbers we do not list go to our sourcing desk.

Series and families
Grouped by function, heaviest first.
- ET 200 distributed I/O and SM 1231 (S7-1200): the largest block here, interface modules plus digital, analog, thermocouple and RTD modules on base units
- SINAMICS G120 (PM240, PM240-2) and G120C: modular drive with power module and control unit as separate 6SL3 numbers, or the same platform in one housing
- MICROMASTER 420 and MICROMASTER 440: discontinued predecessor of G120, still in thousands of panels and most of our drive requests
- SINAMICS S120 booksize: multi axis servo on a shared DC bus, line modules, single and double motor modules
- SIMOTICS S-1FK7: synchronous servo motors for S120, resolver or absolute encoder, brake optional
- SIRIUS 3RT1, 3RT2 and 3RV2: IEC contactors, coils and auxiliary blocks as separate parts, plus adjustable protectors
- SIMATIC HMI Comfort, LOGO! 8, LOGO! 0BA1 to 0BA7, SIMATIC DP, SENTRON 5SY4, SITOP PSU200M: panels, logic modules current and legacy, PROFIBUS, breakers, 24 V supplies
Condition, testing and warranty
Stock is listed as new, new original surplus, refurbished or used, with the condition on the item page beside the order number. Surplus is unused inventory no longer produced, refurbished was opened, cleaned and functionally tested, used is a working pull with wear described as found.
Units are powered up before shipping: ET 200 modules checked for bus communication and module status, G120 and MICROMASTER drives run where the frame allows, HMI Comfort panels booted, S-1FK7 motors turned with brake and feedback checked, 3RT and 3RV2 for coil pull-in and trip.
Obsolescence is why most buyers land here. MICROMASTER 420 and 440 and the LOGO! 0BA1 to 0BA7 generations are discontinued, so the only quote available elsewhere is a new drive plus re-commissioning. Surplus, refurbished and used units keep the panel and the parameters as they are.
Every item carries a 12 month MT Parts warranty against functional failure. MT.parts is an independent supplier: the warranty is issued by MT Parts, and no Siemens factory warranty applies to surplus, refurbished or used stock.
How to identify the right replacement
- Full order number and version: use the complete nameplate string, 6ES7, 6SL3, 6AV2, 3RT or 3RV, not the family name. Two ET 200 modules that look alike differ in the last digits.
- ET 200 station composition: a module alone will not run. Record the interface module, the base unit under it and the slot count: base units are separate parts.
- Drive split and rating: on G120 the PM240 or PM240-2 power module and the control unit are two numbers. Match voltage class, current, frame size, filter and brake chopper.
- Project software: the unit must accept your STEP 7 or TIA Portal revision, an HMI Comfort panel the WinCC runtime of your project. MICROMASTER parameters do not transfer to G120.
- Servo pairing: an S-1FK7 must match the S120 motor module on winding voltage, current, feedback type, shaft and keyway, brake and connector orientation.
- Coil and trip rating: on 3RT1 and 3RT2 confirm coil voltage, AC or DC, contacts and auxiliary block. On 3RV2 and 5SY4, the trip range against the motor nameplate.
FAQ
How do I check if you have a Siemens order number?
Search the full string as it reads on the nameplate: 6ES7, 6SL3, 6AV2, 3RT or 3RV plus the rest. If it is not among the 533 items listed, send it through Request a quote and we answer in 24 hours.
Do you supply discontinued MICROMASTER and LOGO! parts?
Yes, and deliberately so. MICROMASTER 420 and 440 and LOGO! 0BA1 to 0BA7 are out of production, so surplus, refurbished and used units are the only way to keep the machine as it is.
Can you cross a MICROMASTER to a current SINAMICS?
Yes, and we quote both paths. We look first for the original MICROMASTER 420 or 440 number, so panel, wiring and parameters stay untouched. Otherwise we name the G120C or G120 with PM240-2 at that rating and what the swap changes.
Are the Siemens parts new or refurbished?
Declared per unit on the item page: new, new original surplus, refurbished or used. Current families such as ET 200, G120 and 3RT2 are more often new or surplus, discontinued hardware surplus or refurbished. All of it is tested before shipping.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, worldwide. The quote includes freight and the commercial documents customs asks for, with HS classification and country of origin. Items under US export control are screened before shipment.
Send the full order number, the version stand and a nameplate photo if you have one. We answer in 24 hours with condition, price and shipping. Request a quote for Siemens parts, listed or not.
